My Halloween artwork. Bit late though because I injured myself the weekend before last. (ha!)

Round canvas (52cm) I scribbled all over it with markers and then stuck bits of newspaper on it, then did some major spray paint attack on it, rubbed it all over some concrete, sprayed it again, pressed scrunched paper to it for effect. Then I added acrylics to it to create drip effects. Scanned and printed some excerpts from a book about the Supernatural, particularly the chapters on demons. Soaked the sheets in tea for hours, ripped them up and stuck them over the canvas. painted over them a little and then applied the stencil. Layer 1 is the white, I wanted it to be quite transparent so the background would be visible.
This stencil is of Cristina Scabbia of metal band Lacuna Coil. She just always looks wickedly witchy and has a great style. This photo seemed pretty perfect for a stencil. It's a 3 layers.
